What does AutoJate actually do?

Consultant and builder in one. I find where a growing service business leaks time and money, then I build the fix: phones answered, leads chased until they book or die, repeat work off your team's plate, and your business named when buyers ask AI for a provider.

How do I get my business recommended by ChatGPT and other AI?

AI recommends businesses it can find, trust, and match to the question. That means a clean entity across your site and profiles, real third-party citations and reviews, and content in the words your buyers actually use. I find the gaps and build the fixes.

Do you just advise, or do you build it?

Both. I find the right fix, then I stand it up on the tools you already pay for. You do not get a slide deck and a handshake.

Why is the Operations Audit paid when other people give them away?

A free audit is worth what you pay for it. The person handing it out already decided what to sell you, and the audit points there. I charge for the diagnosis so the diagnosis is the product, not bait for a build. You are paying me to find the money you cannot see from inside the business. If the right call is to build nothing yet, I will tell you that.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

Two weeks at $2,500, or one week at $5,000 when you need the answer now. Same diagnostic either way. The only difference is speed, and we lock it on the call before you commit to anything.

What do I walk away with?

A prioritized plan. Every place time and money leak, plotted by what it costs you and how hard it is to fix, with a one-sentence verdict up top so you know the answer before you read the detail. It is yours to keep whether or not you ever hire me to build it.

Do I have to build with you afterward?

No. The Audit is the on-ramp, not the product, and it stands on its own. Take the plan and build it yourself, hand it to someone else, or have me do it. None of the price assumes you continue.

Who actually does the Operations Audit?

I do. J Ritter. I go into the business, sit with the people who do the work, and ask them to show me, not tell me. It is not a questionnaire and it does not get handed to a junior.

How do I know which Setup I need?

You do not have to. That is what the Audit is for. We find where the work actually backs up, then pick the Setup that clears it. Buying a Setup blind is how you automate the wrong thing.

Can I start with just one?

Yes, and most do. We start with the one that buys back the most time or money, prove it works, then stack the next. You are not signing up for all thirteen.

Will these work with the tools I already use?

They wrap what you already run. The goal is fewer new logins, not more. I bend the system around your routine instead of making you learn a new one.

What does it cost?

Build prices start at $1,000. The flagships: AI Visibility from $2,500 plus $350 a month, Voice AI from $1,500 plus $250 a month, the Owner OS from $7,500. Those are floors. The real number gets set on the call.
